No, but we suggest that each present country should have a team manager for communication
between the country and 5ARSC Committee.
Payment:
Yes. Please hand in the "Final Payment" Page (Page 5 of the 5ARSC Application Form)
separately for each package.
No. Both 1st Payment and Final Payment must be paid to participate the 5ARSC.
Accomodation:
Yes. But we will not provide any further arrangement.
Participators have to arrange their accomodation, meal, transportation etc. by themselves.

The age the skipper is in 2009 is the skipper's competition age.
Example: If a skipper is born in 1994, they must join in the 15 or above age group.
A country does not have to be a FISAC member to compete in the 5ARSC.
(They must be an ARSF member though!)
Yes, you can join 1 event only.
For example, the skipper can participate only in the 30 seconds speed event.
Medals:
Yes, there will be medals for each event.

Yes. The deadline is extended until 31 March 2009.
Payment:
No. Each country have to be responsible for all Extra Charge in each transaction.
If we haven't receive the full payment, the registration is not finished.
Accomodation:
The Venue for Championships will be in The Chinese University of Hong Hong Sport Centre,
and Accomodation for Package 1 (USD400) will be the Student Residence Hall in
The Chinese University of Hong Kong or Sha Tin Area.

- 2 Master Championships Queries Added Master Championships:
Each country are allowed to send a total of 9 skippers for Master Championships,
and a maximum of 3 skippers in each categories.
1. Male 14 or below (born in 1995 or after);
2. Male 15 or above (born in 1994 or before);
3. Female 14 or below (born in 1995 or after); and
4. Female 15 or above (born in 1994 or before).
